Who We Are
We are a Chambers of three Barristers with complimentary practices in different areas of litigation.
We have practised at our current address for several years but have been together in Chambers since November 2011.
We are extremely well supported by Fran and Rebecca who both have a very good understanding of our clients’ needs and can assist our clients in many ways without reference to us.
Our Chambers is within walking distance of the Napier High, District and Family Courts in a pleasant Art Deco style building.
What We Do
As Barristers we undertake exclusively litigation work including the provision of opinions to solicitors on a range of matters.
Between us we cover most areas of litigation and can refer clients to other local counsel for advice in areas in which we do not specialise.
Generally we must be instructed through a solicitor’s office. If clients do not have their own solicitor for this purpose then we can facilitate that arrangement.
Other than for serious criminal matters we do not undertake legal aid work.
